Explore current job openings and submit your application online. It’s a simple process that gets you started on the path to joining our team. Qualified applicants will be invited
to a 1-on-1 webcam interview with a
Level recruiter. During this
interview, we’ll also review your
system setup to ensure you have
the necessary tools for the job. It’s
essential to attend as scheduled
since we move quickly and delays
may impact your chances of
advancing.
We will contact your previous employers and colleagues to verify your work experience and performance. You will also complete a DISC behavioral assessment, which helps us understand how you approach tasks, interact with others, and respond to challenges, ensuring you’re matched with the right role. In this phase, we conduct an in-depth interview to discuss and validate your DISC assessment results. We’ll explore how your natural work behaviors align with your experiences, ensuring a great fit for both you and the hiring company. This is your opportunity to shine! You’ll meet with both the hiring manager and a Level recruiter via webcam to showcase your skills and secure the position. Once offered the job, you’ll typically begin working with your new boss shortly afterward. Our Level support team will continue to check in to ensure you have a successful and collaborative relationship with your manager.
